However, I highlight the hopeful reality that our systems are always striving to return to a state of balance, and that we can facilitate this through somatic practices. The conversation takes a turn towards personal resilience, particularly through recognizing emotions as they arise rather than suppressing them, a phenomenon I term "emotional debt."
