This podcast is heaven sent. I really feel the love from Gina. Her voice is soothing and I feel like she’s speaking just to me. So many episodes full of helpful techniques and advice. The cold shower has worked well for me… you will be okay, this too shall pass!! Can’t thank you enough!!
