-Action steps to not define yourself by anxiety and maintain your self
1) Acceptance of the anxiety state: its ok and you're allowed to experience it, and eventually move on
2) Mindfulness: using relaxation and meditation to improve your state
3) To actually take and make a process out of the differentiation between "I am anxious" and "I feel anxious"
4) Spend time laughing, petting your pets, being grateful (do something to remind yourself that you are more than your anxious state)
Never confuse yourself with visions of an entire lifetime at once.
